Do not use - never showed up

I reserved a pony for my daughters 3rd birthday party. It was supposed to be the main event of the party and our big surprise for our daughter. I had numerous verbal and written confirmations with the company including sending a deposit. On the day of
the party I called when they didn't show up on time. Te woman who answered the phone went through a whole explanation of how she gave the job to her sister and she wasn't sure why she wasn't there. She assured me she had ponies nearby and they would be there
in an hour. After an hour passed by (now 3 hours after my part start time) I called back and no one answered. I the got a call back about 30 minutes later telling me they were heading over now and could be there in an hour. at that point it would have been
dark when they got here and the kids at the party were already leaving. Do not leave your children'S birthdays in the hands of this company who obviously does not know how to keep track of their appointments.
