Horrible. Horrible company. The first time, they set up an appointment to fix my Viking Fridge. They showed up 1.5 hour after the 4 hour window they gave me. No apologies given. He then said he can't fix it without the proper part (I'm Ok with that) so we order the part and pay 1/2 the invoice.
They miss the second appt. Completely. Again no excuses and no apologies. I ask for them to have manager call and he never does. They finally show up on the 3rd appt. and partially fix the problem. It is now 1.5 months after I first called and the fridge is still not fixed even though they have been paid in full by now.
The phone service people are flat out rude, don't care and lie.
Again, horrible, horrible company. I will never use them once this matter is fixed.
