I called this company for some help with my mortgage, I spoke with a guy there Mike Claypool and this guy was so rude. I was only asking Mike Claypool questions about how this all works and he got angry rude and very unprofessional. I got a little defensive and asked if there was anyone else I can speak with and that seemed to get Mike even more angry. I told him I will be hanging up the phone and that was when he began to use profanity and threaten me that he will make sure I lose my house. I have never called this place back, and I am not sure if this is how the whole company is but at least i should Report Mike Claypool
