Spoke with someone there and was assured that if they couldn't do our loan remodification we would get our money back. The circumstance was clearly explained to Charles Park and was told they could help. We started the process in August 2009 and we paid $2500 and we didn't get our refund as promised. Spoke with several agents in their office and the ball just kept getting dropped. We have been waiting for a refund from them since 2/10. I think this company is a sham and buyer beware. I would like to give them any stars.
