The owner promotes passive agressive customer service by her and her employees that is beneath any customer situation. She and her employees are not above humiliating customers in their face when the customer questions their shoe technology or is hesistant to purchase. The customer service is purposefully inflexible if it's not a first time sale for their business. The product could help people, but this owner and employees overshadow any benefit of the product. They do not belong in the business that requires compassion for people that are in need of such a product.
