Beware of doing business with this store at ANY of its branches. I ordered a pair of shoes from the Palo Alto branch, and 3 weeks later, after hearing nothing, I stopped by and was told that the shoes were not available - but my credit card had already been charged. I asked for a refund, and the clerk ran a manual credit and gave me a refund receipt. Now, almost 3 months later, the refund has not arrived at my credit card company. No one at the store returns my repeated calls (20+ at this point) to try to straighten this out. The morale: do NOT give them your credit card number unless they actually provide shoes, and if there is any problem, do NOT expect any help or refund.
