Buyers be aware, not reliable. Back in late 1999 he did home inspection for me as a buyer through my agent. He didn't even found the kitchen sink garbage disposal was leaking water right through. And can get hold of him afterwards. I paid the service but report only sent to my agent and seller. I was too inexperienced then and they seem to team up to get me through this deal (hose was sold to me 'as is')
