I tried to have no star, but it would not let me. This man is a crook. Christopher Persaud had a company legalmodificationfirm.com. He promised me a money back guarentee on my contract. He gladly took my $2700.00 with his car salesmen workers over the phone. They never did anything. I was with Wells Fargo and they knew up front they would not deal with a third party. I did not find this out until it was to late. Then the bunch of crooks blocked my e-mails and phone calls, so I could never get my money back. Someone needs to take out a class action law suit against this thief. And, then he needs to do jail time. 8/13/ 2011 - Yes he did take my money and promise and me a money back guarentee. And, his company did block my e-mails. Who ever wrote the coment is a liar. I have proof. - my contract, canceled checks. and old e-mails I have saved. Liar and a thief.

Mr. Persaud never owned a company called loanmodificationfirm.com. This is clear to anyone who bothers to look. We never block calls or emails. This person probably never dealt with Mr. Persaud.
