I was very leary of this firm for a while myself. I had similar experiences to those posting here. However, for over a month I am back to having regular correspondence with the woman assigned to my case, and she has responded to emails and to phone messages. I know that it has been a long haul, but combine the issues that this firm has had with employees and illegal activity beyond their control and bank red tape... I'm giving them a bit longer to get it together. If we get our modification it will all be worth it. At least I am sure that this is not a scam, just 'in over their heads' at the moment. I do hope that they can get to everyone who has trusted them with their homes. Hang in there everyone! The economy is really sick and we are all casualties of bad decisions on many levels. I hope we can escape soon.
UPDATE: HAVE SINCE HIRED A NEW LAW FIRM. STILL IN PROCESS. PERSAUD'S OFFICE A FRAUD. NO HELP, NO COMMUNICATION, FALSE PROMISES. VERY BAD. STAY AWAY.
