We initially hired cbs to help us create and implement a live dashboard for tracking our staff and projects. This morphed into a much larger project that lasted on and off over five months. We utilize a good number of third-party data providers to not only track our vehicles but also our workers. Many times, we have to pull people from one job to another and it makes tracking hours a nightmare. Thankfully Jim was able to help us integrate all of these data sources into a single dashboard which made tracking much easier. He also recommended us moving to a bi-weekly pay period which further eased our backlog and overall stress levels. I could go into much detail about the dashboard and the changes it led us to make but at the end of the day it drastically changed out business for the better. We were and continue to be grateful for all Jim’s help and wish him and CBS well.
