Criminally Fraudulent Business Practice

This company has continuously ignored requests to stop membership and has charged my credit card fraudulently when no orders have been made. It has been next to impossible to contact them. Only thing I have been able to do is to "dispute charge" with the
credit company. The credit company has stated they will stop all charges made by MAINZ AMERICA to my account. MAINZ needs to be lawfully prosecuted and sued and penalized for what it is and has been doing. It is July 2013 and they're still acting criminally.
Because they were contacted by other customers in the past to "cease and desist", their current activities continue to reflect lack of correcting their deeds; thus, in my opinion is a fraudulent criminal activity.
