Do NOT buy from them if it is going to be in house financed. I bought a truck from Express Repo Auto in Jan 2010. I put a significant amount down on the truck and financed $800.00 and an additional amount around $2,000 for a warranty. The truck runs fine and has had minor work done to it which the warranty covered. I don't blame them for the quality of the vehicle, they just sold it from their lot, you cannot know when certain parts are going to go out. The problem I did have with them is the financing part. They added addition fees that were unexplainable and changed their story on what they were for. They blame everything on their computer system which must be a pretty crappy system with all the problems they've blamed on it. They do not know how to do business correctly and won't take responsibility for their actions. Also they say their supervisor will be calling you and guess what...he never does! They forced insurance on me in June of last year because my insurance lapsed in march. They found out about it in June and some how adjusted the date of the insurance they forced on me, to make it seem like they got it for me in march. They are very shady and I will never buy from them again, nor send anybody back in there. Also they have changed their name recently from Exprss Repo Auto to Payless Repo Auto. It is a different number but the same address. To me it sounds like somebody is dodging a bad reputation. And just for a simple reminder folks. DO NOT SHOP HERE! You will regret it!
