This is my first TrustLink review but I promised Frank that if we had a good experience buying jewelry at his place that I would write a review. As complete jewelry buying novices, my fiancée and I went to the diamond district in downtown los angeles completely terrified to purchase an engagement ring. We were certain that we were going to be had and that we would walk away poor and without a ring that we were proud of. We visited the diamond district on three different days and started getting our bearings. We wound up in Gem Dynasty because they carried some rings that were similar to what we were looking for. We ended up having a custom ring created at Gem Dynasty (they found the stone and made the setting). The process was great - they were courteous of the fact that this was new to us and that our nerves had us a little on edge. Frank found us the right diamond and the setting came back better than expected. The big test was the independent appraisal we had done after picking up the ring and it came back higher than the price we paid for the ring. We will be returning to purchase the wedding bands. Thanks again Frank for making my awesome engagement ring.
