We arranged through Home Depot to have this company service us.
This company – BARAZANI - sent an email with a “REMINDER your Scheduled Appointment is Thursday September 27th @ 10AM”
We prepared for this appointment by one of us taking time off work and one of us rescheduling plans –
We waited for the Barazani estimator to arrive at 10 AM. At 10:30 AM we called and were told that the person was running a little late, on her way & will be arriving shortly.
At 11:15 AM we called again & were told that the person got her 10AM appt mixed up with her 1 PM.
We asked how could the 1 PM customer not have realized the mistake or at least alert her she was 4 hours early - If someone came to our home 4 hours early we would have said something.
Even so, AT THE VERY LEAST, the estimator could have called us upon learning of her mistake instead of making us call a second time at 11:15 AM.
When we questioned further as to why we were told at 10:30 that she was on her way, we were then told that the estimator was actually 100 miles away.
UNBELIEVABLE !!
Our TIME is just as valuable as this estimators and the Employers of Home Depot.
How can these ones feel that our income is not important and realize that scheduling mix-ups like this actually cost us money!!
Their answer: “So sorry - Someone will call you back”.
5 PM and nothing. We’re done waiting.
Our advice – Go to a company that actually respects potential clients.
