Loan Modification

I believe this company is a scam. We started a Modification loan with them in August of last year. They keep giving be a run around about my mortgage company not return their calls. When I talk to mortgage company they have not heard from them. So in April of this year 2012,I ask for refund. Hardship sent me a form,I filed it out and got copies of the 3 redraws from my bank and fax it them on April 23, 2012 twice once in the Am and once in the PM. On the form it said 4 to 6 weeks to hear from them (Hardship). I still Have not heard anything and have been call everyday for the last 3 weeks. I started out talking with a Gerald Stone then a Justin Weaver and about 5 other people from this so called company. SO I hope they are proud with themselves and can answer to God about their business.
