Before we started using IS Concepts for our network services, our Controller was the IT person. He did his best and used outside IT professionals when installing hardware and major software. About 8 years ago, we implemented a new LIMS System and needed immediate assistance with that and the changing IT environment in the office. We contacted IS Concepts to help with this transition and to implement newer technology in the office, such as a Web Server, Mail Server and File Server. Before implementing these in-house servers, communication and our web site presence were via AOL and an outside hosting service. With these new communication tools, we have a more professional look and our customers can access their data right from our web site immediately. Since implementing the IS Concepts Virtual IT Department model, we know what our IT costs are every month, we know that if we need an answer to an IT question we can simply call or put in a service ticket. Mostly, we know that they are always available. As a CEO, this allows me to focus on running my business and not worrying about the day to day IT issues.
As in the past, we continue to recommend IS Concepts to other businesses for all their IT needs.
