I saw the advertisement for free geneology scroll for a family name. I went to the website http://historicalresearchcenter.net/ and placed an orderon 6/25/2010. The website was misleading and before I knew it I was charged 120.56 to my credit card without being able to look at a checkout page showing me my charges before it was submitted for order. The contact info states to call at 1-800-985-9956 or email them for customer service. No one picks up the phone nor contacts me back for the numerouse messages I have left. My emails to custsvc@names.com has been read as informed by my internet rpovider, but I still await contact via a reply.
I feel that this company is a shame and its customer service is beyond compliant.
