National loan resolution, has despaired on me, I paid them 1,200.00 as down payment for a service that I was promise on 9/27/09 . All the sudden when I wanted to contact two of the agents Mark Baker or Brianna Shearer no longer those phone existed, emails where never answer back to me , I have no way to communicate with any one even the main number is a recording saying do no leave a message this week we are really busy working on their files.
after trying for about 10 days a give up I want my money back.
