It is a scam! My husband and I hired B.Diego Hellewell a little over a year ago to help in a loan modification. We nearly lost our home. The ONLY way to get a loan modification is to do the work yourself and talk with your mortgage company.
We are now working with the Wisconsin Department of Consumer Affairs, the California Bar Association and the US Department of Justice. Coming soon, class action lawsuit against B. Diego Hellewell!
