Its been a year and six months since I signed up with RA Law Group. At that point they had a A rating. I completely understand why their rating has dropped to a F. If you've come across RA Law Group and considering using them you are just being hopeful that they could possibly help you. The intake team tells you all the things you are desperate to hear until they received your 4,000.00 fee. Then you are assigned case managers and processors that continuously change and just like the other reviews mentioned,they do not return calls or emails. You have to beg for a response and even then they do not return calls. They've promised to save our home from foreclosure and failed to do so advising me to hire a bankruptcy attorney to stop the sale date. I had to do this twice to stop the sale date costing an additional 4,000.00 in attorney fees. A year and half later i can't get anyone on the line which prompt me to write this review. I am now calling my lender directly to get information on a workout. If you are in a position similar to mine and desperately seeking help avoid this company. They will drop the ball so many times on you and take you on a long roller coaster ride til you get off the ride. Save yourself the frustration while you are already going through financial struggle. They will only take your money and add to your stress load.
