This is the worst move I have ever experienced--from the start. They are supposed to notify you 24 hours before pick-up. No one contacted me, they just showed up at my house. My stuff was picked up on August 27th and has yet to arrive. Today is September 15th, and my stuff is still in Ca. No one has contacted me to give me any updates on the move. Every time I call I get transferred around from vmail to vmail, with no returned calls. Supervisors are not helpful at all, the staff is very rude, and I still have no idea when I will receive my belongings.
