The house we rented from Vacation Palm Springs was impeccably clean, the layout was beautiful, the furnishings were much nicer than we expected even though everyone in our family has very high expectations. I would recommend Vacation Palm Springs rental agency to anyone without any hesitation. We've rented a vacation home in Palm Springs from Vacation Palm Springs for the past 6 or seven years for our family vacation. We've tried other companies in the past but our best experience has been the times we've rented homes from Vacation Palm Springs. They have it together. Their homes are great, their staff is friendly and always helpful. When we've needed assistance there is always someone to answer our questions and help. The small problems we have had are always resolved and we could always get ahold of someone at the company. I was surprised to see that the company's rating was a B+ as our experience has always been a solid first class "A" . Our family's experience over the years suggests that they have a solid organization, friendly people on staff and offer an excellent service. Some rental companies seem to come and go but this Palm Springs rental company has been around for many years and has always been reliable, honest, friendly and helpful. And what they offer - palm springs vacation homes and condos for rent - are first rate.
